Returns & Exchanges

Dreamer Dreams endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. We also value our customers and their requirements, and we put our best efforts to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Dreamer Dreams offer returns or exchanges within 7 days on all products that are delivered. If in case the product delivered wrongfully 

– the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation

– or has a genuine quality/ manufacturing defect

then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order or any other appropriate resolution from our side.

The product should be returned in original packing without any damage or any kind of tampering, and it should be well packed to avoid any damage in transit. Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the inserts, invoice slips are intact at the time of return. 

Once the product reaches to us, we will inspect the product and once our inspection team confirms that the product received is in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse, we will process the return request case on case basis.


In order to return or exchange a defective or wrongfully delivered product or report damage in transit. Please get in touch with our Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery:

  • by telephone (or whatsapp) at +91- 7379644646 between 10.00AM to 10.00 PM IST on business day
  • by email at with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.

Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.

Exchanges & refund policy

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. We handle each reject exchange request on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution. Please note that our products are all handmade. So there could be slight variations from one product to another, which are part of the inherent nature of the product-making process. We will not consider it as defects.

We will not refund the shipping charges 

– if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address,

– and/or there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency

– and/or if the recipient refuse to take the package.

Refund shall be made through the original payment mode. Once, we receive the refund request, we shall process the refund within 7-8 business days. In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) order, the refund will be made only through Bank transfer.
